A very positive way to end my holiday. Incredibly beautiful and fantastic hotel with garden views and snacks in the lobby. Spacious rooms, inclusive breakfast. The staff was truly wonderful, the bed was extremely comfy. Great and stunning location for my plans, being minutes from a motorway. The venue in front of cafés and eateries.

The room was adjoining, and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. The breakfast was above average and we tasted soft drinks. Its location in Negril was magnificent, just off Dorado seafood restaurant, and sun-and-turquoise bathed bay.

The hotel had stunning beaches and a great location. We enjoyed the beautiful views and convenient access to the beach. The all-inclusive package offered amazing food options. We were impressed by the quality and variety of the meals.- The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were some issues with organization during the tours and activities. We had a negative encounter with a staff member who was aggressive and confrontational.

Well-kept room with great views, decent service. More than adequate and above average breakfast with different countries food, alcoholic drinks.

Descent hotel with helpful staff in a warm and friendly manner and good Wi-Fi. Good restaurant with service.

Central location, diverse breakfast choices, friendly staff, well-maintained and relaxing compound. Comfortable and clean rooms. Beautiful property with helpful staff, especially the butler. Fun activities and delicious food and drinks.

We were moved to an a double room with birthday decorations.

The hotel is a luxurious one, it offers large breakfasts and decent location in the buffet Resturant. It offers excellent service. Thanks for making our stay really good.

Remote location was a plus. What's more, there was Percy's Riverside Retreat at a short distance from the hotel. The room was kept extremely clean and available with fantastic views. A storage, a couch bed, and an iron were included.

We definitely got great value for our money at this Autograph Collection hotel. The room was clean, new, and had nice features. The location, right on the stunning beach, was absolutely perfect. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Okeen and Kenisha who went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special.

The food for breakfast could've been better with more variety and options.

Great way to end our vacation. The rooms top-notch, tastefully decorated with 2 showers and brilliant extra facilities, for example. The gourmet restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was luxury and reasonably clean, its location was magnificent to the “ market ” which was neat, decent service.

It had bad views.

Very well maintained building and rooms with large bath and shower. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

The place had a comfortable atmosphere. The room was well-kept with extra soap, an extremely comfortable bed plus great views, at least for me.
